Waluigi The Battlemage

For those who don't know, there's a fantasy fanart comic I am working on involving one of my favorite characters. it won't be around for quite some time because I'm booked with many other fanart projects. I'm in the middle of trying to complete another Gorillaz front cover to my TAG series 'til then.

About this pic, I've immediately grown a fondness for this guy right after I got Double Dash a week ago (early x-mas gift for my bro). I've always had a fondness for villains and fantasy since my teen years but wasn't into Nintendo so much so it faded overtime. now that I think about it, I probably do like Waluigi. I didn't know so many people hated this character but I think he's really something if you think about it. so he's added to my fav list. and speaking of that, I've decided yet to have him star in my "Of Dreams and Nightmares" Gorillaz issue. reading all that negative wiki/critic on him gave me an idea for a spotlight for him. it'll be awesome when I get to the issue.

So yeah, I had to make him a knight like my other knights. except his role is a battlemage/pesky knight type. from the research on him, he has a strange ability to summon and control spiky vines, create tornadoes, and specializes in caring for piranha plants. he must've learned some kind of black magic somewhere in the mushroom kingdom...too bad he doesn't have an official bio, so I substituted in my fanart genre from what I know.
